The method

Three steps to a
reasoned appeal.

No outrage, no guesswork. A calm, repeatable process that treats every penalty as a claim to be examined.

01
Enter the PCN
Type the penalty number or snap the notice. Zeno’ identifies the borough and the exact contravention code.
02
Zeno examines
It gathers the council’s own evidence — signage, observation times, photos — and weighs each one against the regulations.
03
Send & track
Approve the drafted representation. Zeno’ files it in the council’s language and tracks the outcome to the penny.

The product

An appeal engine in your pocket.

An AI trained on thousands of past appeals, grounded in the same calm logic as the philosopher it’s named for — wrapped in an interface that does the heavy lifting for you.

Evidence
Evidence, fetched
The moment you add a ticket, Zeno’ requests the borough’s CCTV, signage records and observation logs.
Analysis
Every angle, examined
Signage condition, timing, bay markings, permit logic — each tested for a defensible legal ground.
Drafting
A reasoned appeal
A formal representation in the council’s own language, citing the regulation that actually applies.
Record
Your record, kept
Every vehicle, ticket and outcome in one garage — with exactly what you’ve recovered.
Scrutiny
Flaws, found first
Before the appeal begins, Zeno’ interrogates the PCN itself — dates, codes, procedure — hunting the one error that can void it outright.
Foresight
Know before you park
Zeno’ knows the restrictions on every street it’s mapped — bays, hours, permit zones — and tells you where you’re actually safe to park.

Zeno of Citium · c. 334 BC
The name
Per rationem,
non per fortunam.
By reason, not by chance

Zeno of Citium founded Stoicism in a painted colonnade in Athens — the school that prized reason, evidence and composure over the swing of fortune.

In the Greek he wrote in, his name was Ζήνων — Zenon. We kept the sound, dropped the final ν, and marked what’s missing the way English always has: with an apostrophe. Zeno’.

A parking penalty is just that: a claim to be examined, not a verdict to rage against. Zeno’ answers it the Stoic way — calmly, and strictly on the merits.

Man conquers the world by conquering himself.
